      <title>Streaming problems with main SkyQ box</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;SkyQ box screen goes black with a sound crackle and then blue buffering circle appears then returns to normal after a few seconds. &amp;nbsp;Happens at least twice an hour. &amp;nbsp;Only, happens on Main Box and not on Mini-Boxes.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;This is what I can tell you.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;SkyQ box screen goes black with a sound crackle and then blue buffering circle appears then returns to normal after a few seconds. &amp;nbsp;Happens at least twice an hour. &amp;nbsp;Only, happens on Main Box and not on Mini-Boxes.&amp;nbsp; It happens on the Main Box when I access it around the house.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I have restared the box after following intsructions but it has made no difference.&amp;nbsp; I use Control4 and our Control4 engineer has seen it for himself and confirms that it is a Main Box issue and the box needs replacing.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;How do I get a replacement box please.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
