I've tried moving my Sky Q box and TV to a different side of my living room, but with my new extension cables, my box keeps saying I have no signal. I've brought a twin extension cable and then a single cable too but neither work.

I've connected the new cables to same ports on the Sky Q box (SAT2) and in my wall (SAT2/Q) What am I doing wrong?

Hi @chlobriannawood

You need to carefully check the central conductor in each FConnector.

It must be straight and not touching the outer sleeve at the base inside the connector and should protrude by approx 2mm.
