Got the message on screen that it looks like I do not have internet connection. So when I try to connect to wi-fi from another broadband provider and put in my internet password it says Unsuccessful connection. Please check your password is correct. It's definitely the correct password I'm putting in. There's no issue with my broadband. I'm connected fine on other devices. That worked. I turned the sky box off for the night and turned the router off for a minute before I turned sky box back on. All connected fine now.
