&lt;P&gt;Don't know what you mean when you say you have opened an account with Netflix.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you have Netflix through Sky you do not open an Account.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You need to check on your Q box that Netlix is included in your Package.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You can do this in the Q box Home menu by scrolling down to the bottom of the menu and Selecting&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;My Sky&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;In your package check that&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Netflix&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;or&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Ultimate TV&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;is included.&lt;/P&gt;
