Sky Q Box

When Watching STV HD Channel 103 the screen constantly destorts (Pixelates) and sounds like a dalek.

Channel 803 STV non HD is fine

Any ideas? Signal strength is ok.

It started doing this on Saturday and still happening now (Monday)
