      <description>&lt;P&gt;I sent back the smart hub as it's not what I wanted and I called up to get the correct item and sent the hub back please get that off my account as if I'm charged for it I'll be leaving sky . Because I didn't even want the hub in the first place&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I don't have proof as it isn't something I should have to prove I didn't even want the hub you sent out in the first place I didn't even open the package the delivery driver wanted me to sign for it but I told him I didn't want it and to send it back and he said ok&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
