    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Hi All,&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;We have no apps, and mini boxes are not working. We have rebooted done 001, also the sky remote volume is not working.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;I've tried rebooting now I've noticed I'm getting a message saying restricted access, your connection to the router is not confirmed.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;All our bills are paid by dd,if that's not anything to do with it. We have phoned sky they have passed it to an engineer. Tia&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;What does "done 001" mean? There are a lot of things you can do in that menu.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Remote needs re-pairing with your TV for the volume.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/227372"&gt;@Chodley&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;001 is the engineers menu, you highlight settings but do not press settings then press 001, it sometimes resets things.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
