I've just had Sky Q installed , but I can't get The Simpsons to record as a series.

I can only record single episodes , and don't get a 'series link' option for it.
Everything else I've tried does.
Help?

I'm with Sky+ and do get a series link option either so it might be worth you emailing Sky's Viewer Relations team and asking them about this - viewerR@sky.uk

I know the series link did not work on the new episode earlier this evening.

It usually has linked the new season together so this seems like a problem in the system.

Not sure about older episodes.

I'm having the same problem with a couple of programmes.

I don't know the reasons behind it.
