Cannot exit a recording during playback

When watching a recording it won't exit when I use the back/ dismiss button so I can't get back to live TV, very frustrating, any help would be greatly appreciated....

Hi @Tilly8

You need to press the Dismiss button at least twice to exit the recording.

I have experienced this in the past. My situation was going from a manually tuned channel to a recording. The box just didn't seem to like navigating back to a non EPG channel.

Easiest way out if it recurs and gets stuck is try the home or sky buttons and see what happens.
