Sky q box not maintaining internet connection

My sky q box keeps dropping internet connection. It happens at least every 30 minutes. I've reset the box. Turned off and on again. I am getting fed up with this. The sky box is the only thing not maintaining connection and its not down to broadband speed as I now have excellent speed after changing providers.
