BBc1 pixelating off and on. Other channels seem ok?

BBC 1 picture quality is poor. Keeps pixelating and freezing. Seems to be getting worse. Says satellite at 90%. Any idea how to get it to 100%?

Hi @MDW01

Satellite signal strength is only shown for one transponder and not the channel being viewed.

If the issues continues your satellite dish may be slightly out of alignment .

Work through the following link and if you cannot solve your issue it will lead to booking a Engineer.
Alternately, if you are on a Communal Dish you will need to contact your Landlord or Management company.
