The minis need to be in direct wifi range of the Q. (Or at least in range to chain to it Q->mini->mini)

Are they?

Do a factory reset on each mini. Connect to your new broadband router (so it needs to be in range of that too) then it will look for the Q broadcasting its details on that network and try to connect directly to it.

Can someone please send me step by step instructions on how to link my mini boxes. I have changed my broadband to starlink today. The main sky Q box works fine but the mini boxes can't connect at all. I am clueless 😞

Thanks so much. I called sky and the engineer talked me though changing the hrtz on all mini boxes. He also ordered me sky boosters which came the next day. All working fine now. Thanks all for your advice
