    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi I called in November to purchase sky and WiFi, I was told an engineer would need to come out and has been booked for tomorrow however, I haven't had any confirmation of a time the engineer is coming and on my account says the Internet will be set up remotely. Therefore, is an engineer coming out tomorrow or do they not need to?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Didn't they ask for the Q box back when you stopped subscribing last time?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Normally the broadband can be done without any technical person IF it's been provisioned to that property before.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
