SkyQ remote

We have a new SkyQ box and new remotes. We have previously used 2 remotes on the one box. We have managed to pair both remotes, but only the last one paired will work the SkyQ box. The first one paired will only change the volume. Can we get both to perform all functions.

hi @PJS477

It can be doone but a little convoluted

You can only pair one in bluetooth mode but more than one can be paired in IR mode

First pair the one you want to use in Infrared mode

If necessary rest by pressing & holding 7 & 9 until the red led above the SKY Logo flashes 4 times

Then use the 1 & 3 to pair initially in bluetooth mode (make sure it has line of sight until paired) and pair with your TV

Then reset this remote to IR mode by pressing & holding 4 & 6

Then re-pair the one you want to use in bluetooth mode but don't perform the 4 & 6 step
