Box sets

I am billed for box sets but do not use this service. Is this a standalone add on or part of the basic SKY set up. i.e. can I cancel the BoxSets and keep the rest

hi @Andyr13

if you are being billed for Boxsets then yes you can cancel it on its own & keep the rest of your package

If you do have box sets then the chances are you are on an old base package and probably not taking advantage of any discounts on newer packages (Box sets are included as standard in SD in the current Base package - Signature)
