Trouble watching on demand.

I've deleted my on demand app several times and hoping the issue will be solved but unfortunately I'm still unable to watch many channels on demand. That's where I get the time to watch anything. I feel I'm not getting my money worth.

What is happening when you try to watch something as you haven't said, are you being asked to upgrade if so then you need to change your default download to SD if you do not subscribe to the HD pack.

Main Menu -> Settings -> Setup -> Preferences - change to SD.
