It's as if they think they have thought of everything that could possibly go wrong - BUT THEY HAVEN'T...&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/2998358"&gt;@Galrik31&lt;/a&gt;It is always best to phone, I rarely need to but have twice recently in both cases the call was answered in less time than the recording said (5 minutes) they were very polite and helpful. With the second call because of the order not being completed could not do anything but understood the problem but promised to phone back Monday at about 1300, as he was not in over the weekend.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Only time will tell if he will phone back, I will post tomorrow late afternoon to say if he did/didn't phone.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
