Q remote not working. Smart TV controls Q Box but Q remote does nothing.

Q remote has new batteries ans pressing ? causes led to flash so the remote looks good, but Q box ignores all buttons on the remote.

The smart TV does control the Q box correctly.

Hi @PeterTC

Try completly resetting your Bluetooth remote.
Press and hold 7 & 9 together on the remote until it’s led flashes four times.
Then make sure that you are pointing your remote at the Q box and press 1 & 3 together until the remote led flashes and follow onscreen instructions to re- pair.

Thank you for that. Pressing 7 and 9 produces no flashes. Pressing 1 and 3 ditto.

Remote is still ignored by Q box

Having spoken on telephone after going round in circles on Sky chat, thay are now sending replacement remote. Hope it works.
