Some of my sky channels are either a blank screen with a technical error message or it's all pixelated

@Ian_Hull If you're on acimmunal system you need the landllord or managing agent to check the dish setup as Sky wouldn't normally get involved with any repairs to these systems.

Might be worth checking if other residents of the block who are Sky customers are having the same issue.
