Sky q mini not working

My sky q mini not working, its stuck on step 1 0f 4 , tried to reset sky q main, remote and sky q mini , nothing helped. Can anyone help please?

Hi @S_Kaur

If your mini remote will not get you past step 1 of 4 try the following.

Press and hold 7 & 9 together on the remote until it's led flashes 4 times.

This will set it to infrared mode which will work any Q box.

However it must have line of sight and pointed directly at the mini to operate it.

See if you can get past 1 Of 4 with it in infrared mode.

If you get the mini working then you can re pair the remote correctly by completly resetting your Bluetooth remote.
Press and hold 7 & 9 together on the remote until it’s led flashes four times.
Then make sure that you are pointing your remote at the Q box and press 1 & 3 together until the remote led flashes and follow onscreen instructions to re- pair.

That would be the mini remote @S_Kaur .

It is the mini you are trying to get past the 1 of 4 step

@oldfella I tried it few times, it doesn't work. No light flashes.

Does the mini remote have a microphone button for voice control?

Yes it has
