How do you switch user profile in Apple TV app on a Sky Q box?

The help seems to imply there is an Add User option, but I do not see that.

Hi @George+Smyth With Family Sharing, up to six people can access an Apple TV+ subscription. Each family member can watch with their own Apple ID on their own device - no need to share accounts or passwords.

You can add multiple Apple ID accounts to the Apple TV app. After you do so, you can switch quickly between accounts. In the Apple TV app on your smart TV, streaming device, or gaming console, open the sidebar, then do either of the following: Select the user profile at the top of the sidebar, then select Add New User.

Thanks for the reply @Quoman7 , but unfortunately I do NOT have the Add User option in the Apple TV app on my Sky Q box. I have a real Apple TV device on another TV and that does have the option, and the ability to quickly switch between user profiles.
