Sky q box

I have a very early sky q box which takes 10 minutes to turn on

also picture freezes a lot! Turns itself off and sound keeps going

also mini box struggles to connect to it.

phoned sky and all they say is it's £100 for a new box.

Sky will replace faulty Q boxes free of charge. I would say yours is faulty.

Be aware that this involves a doorstep swap of your old box for a new one. Remember to take your viewing card out of the box before handing it over to the courier. Also make sure you get the correct power supply cable.
