Its never happened before and no other device in the house has any issue.&nbsp; It's not slow or faulty. I feel like sky have hired one person to sit in a room and disconnect it when he feels like to teach me a lesson for switching providers <span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":face_with_tears_of_joy:">😂</span><span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":weary_face:">😩</span>. Any help would be appreciated.
