    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I hope someone can help. I used to have a full Sky package until it was reduced a few years ago to the basic programmes pack.&amp;nbsp; If I search a particular programme and press record, it comes up with text saying I need to upgrade my package in order to record that particular channel, or if I go on the Recording Schedule and press More Episodes,&amp;nbsp; press record it says the same thing - it's ITV or Channels 4 or 5! I know which channels I have on my package as they're all on my Favourites list so its not like I am try to record a channel I am not subscribing to. I have reset things so many times and have even been sent a replacement, but, as of today, it's still saying the same thing! Any ideas anyone?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Is this definitely record rather than download.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Both Channel 4 &amp;amp; C5 are a little bit odd that they allow you to watch in HD but can only download inSD without the HD add on.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Can you try&amp;nbsp; changing your download preference to SD&lt;BR /&gt;Main Menu -&amp;gt; Settings -&amp;gt; Setup -&amp;gt; Preferences &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;(Please note this setting can only be set on the Main box)&lt;/P&gt;</description>
