I used to have a full Sky package until it was reduced a few years ago to the basic programmes pack.&nbsp; If I search a particular programme and press record, it comes up with text saying I need to upgrade my package in order to record that particular channel, or if I go on the Recording Schedule and press More Episodes,&nbsp; press record it says the same thing - it's ITV or Channels 4 or 5! I know which channels I have on my package as they're all on my Favourites list so its not like I am try to record a channel I am not subscribing to. I have reset things so many times and have even been sent a replacement, but, as of today, it's still saying the same thing!
