      <description>&lt;P&gt;I purchased Netflix through my q box on Sunday&amp;nbsp;@11am. I don't get the activation screen and have spent 5 hrs talking to different call handles (who are clearly reading a script) first call cop out wait a couple of hours and I will call you back! &lt;P&gt;Have you checked your Account in your Q box (My Sky at the bottom of the Home menu)?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Just to make sure that Netflix or Ultimate TV is shown in your Account.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
