Pixelation when changing channels

Hi, does anyone know why I am continually getting slight pixelating when changing channels on Sky Q ? This is more evident on Sky Spt News and Sky News where the yellow banner pixelates quite obviously but then settles down seconds later. I have had a new dish and new box but still this happens! Nothing major but be nice to sort. Thanks

Yes I have this too. On the same channels as well. As you said a kind of pixelation or dragging of the first few words scrolling on the ticker are where it's most noticeable and then slides clear.

Just for troubleshooting purposes I will say I have the Irish version of the 2 news channels mentioned and the issue was there before and after the latest update.

Yes I'm still seeing it. I can't say it's any better or worse but it's definitely more noticeable on some content over others.
