    <description>&lt;P&gt;We got a new remote from yourselves for our sky q box. Sync them together no issues.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Switched the box off at the walk the next day the remote control wasnt working at all , we have lost all of our recordings and purchased films over the years. The q box no longer has the blue light on at the front anymore.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;we can still watch tv but now have to use an old remote that we have for our mini box in the kitchen&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Try&amp;nbsp;rebooting your main Q box ie &lt;BR /&gt;putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds &lt;BR /&gt;switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Any purchases can be downloaded again to your box so these will not be lost forever&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
