    <description>&lt;P&gt;My Sky Q box keeps turning off whilst watching TV. This is only resolved once the Sky Q box is restarted. This happens at least once a day. I have tried to contact Sky to request a new box but have been unable to speak to anybody.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
