Checking this on mine, listing is The Big Bang Theory but it is showing How I met your mother so I think this is a problem for everyone, not just you.

I'd say the problem is on e4 extras end

It would appear to me that e4 extra is right now.

Current episode of the big bang theory matches description (though then again it could be any episode where penny's bad acting career and raj's lack of love are running jokes)

After contacting ViewerR@Sky.UK they sent me the reboot which as I said I had already tried, I looked at my schedule an hour later without doing anything and it was all correct, so sky or e4 extra must have done something I guess?
