      <description>&lt;P&gt;I a waiting for a new sky q box to be delivered the old one is ready to collect I have had no notification if a new pickup date&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I spoke with an engineer on Friday whom discovered my sky box was faulty&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have been waiting since Saturday for a collection DPD &amp;nbsp;informed me he was coming back for the collection please advise&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;gillian cairns&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I believe you should receive an email&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;from DPD which will have details of your delivery time slot.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Remember to remove the viewing card from the faulty box.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
