Extending Sky Q cables internally

Hello, we're considering moving our living room layout around and want to relocate our tv to another part of the room. Unfortunately the Sky Q cable isn't long enough. How easy is it to extend the cable? Is this something Sky might do for us if we asked them?

@Mr+H Sky may do it but would charge £65 you can do it yourself by buying extension cables see link below
