&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3954993"&gt;@DaleA1980&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;Have you tried rebooting your main Q box ie &lt;BR /&gt;putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds &lt;BR /&gt;switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Laing1 thank you for your message. I managed to sort the issue out.&amp;nbsp; I needed to connect the SkyQ box separately to the TV connection.&amp;nbsp; Got a little confused but it's all good now. Thanks again.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
