I didn't say it would fix the profiles. They have changed them on your account, they won't magically dissapear. I said you'll have to change them back or perhaps Netflix can restore them somehow.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3. That's why I said call Netflix and not Sky.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You mean your list of profiles, I assume, not your login?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;account has been hacked. You'll have to call netflix. If you can still login on a PC or phone app, you can try kicking all the devices off and change your password.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

When you kick them off those tokens should be expired and without the new password they shouldn't be able to get back in.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;you will have to set up your profiles again I suspect. Don't know if Netflix can restore those.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

It doesn't give you that option only when you change password which I have done and ticked off all devices.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;its not made a blind bit of difference to the profile on SKY when I click on the Netflix App, still shows 5 Spanish profiles.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The last time I had this issue I was on the phone to Sky for 3 hours and it was a nightmare, they were useless&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;hover on the profile icon in the top right hand side then click on account&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

I reckon most of these are in use in Mexico and/ or South America.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and I mentioned above (edit: sorry in another similar thread) how they seem to hack them. Doesn't need usernames &amp;amp; passwords. Netflix should improve their authentication to be honest.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I was then able to relogin with y own details.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If I hadn't guessed the easy pincode I would still be stuck.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have an even worse problem - spanish "users" come up - if I try to click on one it asks for a pin number which I dont have - So I am totlly blocked out of netflix app on the TV&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I go to Netflix my account and it says - no e mail or phone number is recognised - so I cannot get to the "manage my devices" section&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can any body help ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
