Sky Q on a sky glass tv problems

Recently went back to sky Q from sky glass so we are using the sky glass tv. The problems I'm having are I can not pair my remote as it keeps trying to connect to sky glass, I can't use the speak option and every time I change channels I get a information banner along the bottom of the screen telling me what's on tv. Is there anyway I can "turn these off"

Hi @Mumonabudget

Try completly resetting your Q Bluetooth remote.
Press and hold 7 & 9 together on the remote until it’s led flashes four times.
Then make sure that you are pointing your remote at the Q box and press 1 & 3 together until the remote led flashes and follow onscreen instructions to re- pair.
