You can't connect it to your current box. You will need to contact Sky and order a Multiscreen subscription and a mini box which you connect to that TV. The mini box will be loaned to you the same as the main Sky Q box.

You could use an HDMI splitter such as this one but the problem is that you'd need a very long HDMI cable from the splitter to the TV in your other room.

HDMI cables longer than 3 metres struggle to maintain a stable signal so you need to spend a lot more money on an optical HDMI cable which can transfer the signal over longer distances.

You can by installing an HDMI modulator by the side of your Sky Q bix

such as Technomate TM-RF ULTRA HD IR 4K HDMI RF Modulator IR DVB-T. It has HDMI in and HDMI out and RF in and RF out.

It will send a DVB- T signal over a coax cable to a second TV or Distribution amp and on the second TV you can watch Sky in HD along with freview channels .

You can control Sky Q main box from 2nd TV but like the old TV Link system you are fixed to the same sky channel in both rooms or independent freeview channels.

If you're not fussy about uhd and hd is ok on second TV this is what I did. Try going to room where second TV is and using your original sky q Bluetooth remote try changing channel on box from there. If it works then I got a HDMI splitter and a cheap video sender and receiver. I tried a couple and found the one that looks like 2 wires from eBay worked best. I used a double phone type charger to power hdmi sender and splitter. I could control box with original remote control from other room and got a second sky remote which was NOT a Bluetooth on to control box in room with sky q box. Works a treat. Of course both TVs can only watch same sky Chanel on box
