Then wait for 30 secs before you press Home on your Sky Q remote or if this is not working press the standby button on the front of the Q box (Amber led)&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;note: some features may take up to 5 minutes to return.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Reboot the mini as above.&lt;BR /&gt;If the mini still does not connect try a Network Reset on the mini.&lt;BR /&gt;Network Reset found in mini Home - Settings - Setup - Network. &lt;BR /&gt;Highlight Status and then select Reset on the right hand side. Follow instructions to WPS with main Q box.&lt;BR /&gt;You will be asked to press the WPS button on the main Q box (not the mini as the Network reset will start the mini WPS automatically).&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you are on Sky Broadband and the Router is nearer to the mini than the main box then you can try pressing WPS on the router instead of the main Q box. If you do this make sure you press the Sky router WPS button and not the router reset button.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Failing all of the above you may need a Sky Q WiFi Booster to position midway between your main Q box and the mini and you will need to contact Sky directly.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'd add to below .If you are NOT a Sky broadband user ...still select sky broadband router when asked to connect mini box to network .I am on EE and was ignoring SKy router and selecting alternative....and trying to connect mini box to EE ...you can do it but it kicks off the main Q box.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Select Sky router...and hit wps on Q box.Sky engineer confirmed that instruction to select an alternative router is wrong and caused more issues than anything else.Sky need to change self help instructions and better train phone techs.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Another tip ...make sure eco setting on both boxes are " NONE"...SETTINGS/ SETUP/PREFERENCES/NONE/CONFIRM&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;This message seems to have caused a bit of a quirk so try this:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Press &amp;amp; hold 4 &amp;amp; 6 on the remote to set to Infrared only (so must have line of sight of the box)&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Hopefully you can then dismiss the message&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Then try re-pairing in bluetooth mode with the box by pressing &amp;amp; holding 1 &amp;amp; 3 together&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If this does not work try a full remote reset by pressing &amp;amp; holdng 7 &amp;amp; 9 until the red led above the SKY logo button flashes 4 times&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Then try the 1&amp;amp;3 to re-pair &amp;amp; pair with the TV&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;As many people have found, your main Sky Q box should be powered off at the mains for 30 seconds first, followed by your mini boxes.&amp;nbsp; If you continue to have problems, you can also find from the Community or&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/help/sky-tv/sky-tv-q/fixing-sky-q/fixing-connectivity" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer"&gt;our help article here&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have just checked my mini box and it working fine I have no trouble . Would be possablec for some one from Sky to explain what happened &amp;nbsp;why many box's went down yesterday like mine carried on working without problem. Tome this has been a major problem for many Sky subscribers some have been able to fix the problem doing what you described above how ever others have had to have there mini box replaced to give them back service. Sky have now said the problem has been fixed yet &amp;nbsp;reading on here many boxes are not still working even after doing procedure described above &amp;nbsp;this now &amp;nbsp;4 day of the probleblem. I think an explanation from Sky of what has caused this problem is &amp;nbsp;minum that Sky should do. Just saying the problem is fixed is not good enough.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
