lost the sky q interface

as of yesterday i have lost all sky tv channels and the sky interface so nothing comes up when home button pushed. changed batteries on remote and reset off/on a number of times. Nothing helps. cannot factory reset as cannot get into sky interface settings ?

Done a remote reset ? Hold down 7&9. After the remote flashes, hold down 1&3 to also reset the TV infrared controls.

Hi @mith75 Try rebooting your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on to reboot?
