If your dish is out of alignment, it’s not something that will necessarily be visible to the naked eye. If you’re on a communal dish you may initially need to liaise with your landlord or building management company.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Most of the channels aren't working on my sky, it has a message saying the channel is currently affected by a problem with your satellite signal. I can't get BBC or ITV or channel 5, can get BBC2, C4 etc&lt;/P&gt;</description>
