    <description>&lt;P&gt;Mine too... and to be clear - it is not buffering - it just pauses. And I have to press the button twice, and it starts working normally... but happens again a few minutes later&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Open Neflix and go to the left hand Netflix menu Scroll down to the bottom and then&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;scroll right and select&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG style="font-family: inherit; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: transparent; -webkit-text-size-adjust: 100%;"&gt;Get help.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;On the next screen first check your Network and this will tell you the Broadband speed that the Q Netflix is receiving. &amp;nbsp;See if it looks low.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Also on the same screen there is an option to&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Reload Netflix. &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;You could try this to see if it helps&lt;/P&gt;</description>
