UHD issues

Sky sports UHD channel has constant signal issues. Does anybody have a fix?

I've been noticing it a lot recently. Sometimes the channel won't load at all

For some reason my Sky Sports Main Event UHD channel on 401 has changed to HD and the UHD channel is on 858. It's the second time since Christmas this has happened, last time the 2160 10 bit had defaulted back to 1080 HD but it's ok this time so I don't understand why UHD has just moved?

@Lee+Curtis Have you tried rebooting your main Q box ie
putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds
switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions
