HD Channels are pixelating

Ever since I had SkyQ installed, HD channels would pixelate after 10-15 minutes. I changed address a couple of years ago and a brand new dish was installed. This is still happening. We got around this by just watching on SD channels but now BBC no longer supports this, I need this sorting out
