netfix slow on Q

I have BT broadband

All apps OK except Netfix , which will not always load , Ive tried a reboot of both q and router , turned off wi fi , have hard wired into q , also tried re set and secret menu. I have noticed many 2023 discussions which are similar , is there a fix I have missed?
