    <description>&lt;P&gt;Odd one.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Sky Q 2TB version 32B12D external power block, Denon AV amp, Sony 4k telly, hdmi 2.1, full 4k Atmos. All updates current.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Sometimes (about 3 or 4 times a month, getting more annoying) when turning everything on, the Sky box just puts out a black screen and no sound. If I turn it off, the picture appears for a second or so before powering to standby.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Only fix is to pull power lead out (or press and hold button on box for ages) and go through the whole "Hello..." process.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;When it happens, it's the same if I connect direct to telly without going through amp, but I always go back to the amp so can't say if the problem would occur if always connected direct to tv.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Anyone else? I can't find this problem on the forums.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
