&lt;P&gt;That is a TV message saying basically that it cannot see any device connected to the TV HDMI input.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Remove the HDMI cable ftom the TV and the Q box and then refit it making sure that is corrected fitted.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Check that the TV is switched to the correct HDMI input and try powering on the Q box again.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
