Hi BBC no longer works and we now request an upgrade.

The SD channels were closed. You need to use the HD channels - these should be on 101/102.

Reboot your box if they're not.

If you still have an SD box & you want a SKY Q box now then you will need to call the number on the letter/email sent from SKY

Alternatively you could try getting a 2nd hand SKY +HD box from the likes of ebay

BTW You may, also, wish to read some notes I have made for people considering switching from SKY +/HD to SKY Q
