    <description>&lt;P&gt;Having had a viewing card go down on Sunday and contacted sky to order a new one which I thort was up an running after calling 3 more times no one knew where my new card was and how long it was going to be. I find after over twenty yrs of being a sky customer the customer service was shocking. No loyalty, get you signed up and on to the next one&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
