I upgraded to Sky Q just before Christmas and have been plague with intermittent poor reception ever since.
Checking in the settings it states there is a good signal, but obviously not! Strangely this only appears to be an issue on the lower TV channel number s- BBC, ITV etc.
During the upgrade the engineers fitter a new dish. This is in a position a little lower down of the house wall, althought it doesn't look to be obstucted.

Work through the following link and if you cannot solve your issue it will lead to booking a Engineer.
Alternately, if you are on a Communal Dish you will need to contact your Landlord or Management company.
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-tv-no-satellite-signal-sky-q.
