<title>topic Connectivity problem in Sky Q</title>
    <link>https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/Sky-Q/Connectivity-problem/m-p/4532830#M624946</link>
<description>&lt;P&gt;Since I have changed from Sky to another broadband provider every time I switch on one of my mini boxes I get the message 'You can't watch TV at the moment as there is a connectivity problem'. I then have to reactivate it as it appears to be still trying to connect to Sky broadband even though the new one is there!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
