I am unable to access purchases in the Apple TV app. The app does not display the "Stor" or "Library" button. I am logged in correctly, all account details available.

That's as expected: the version of the Apple app ('Apple TV+') hosted on Sky hardware cannot access those features, which are available in the confusingly-named 'Apple TV' app on other platforms.

This may be a commercial decision by Apple, Sky or both, because it's reasonable to assume that Sky support did not want to end up fielding queries relating to Apple purchases. The YouTube app on Sky has similar reduced functionality.

Thanks for that but I'm sure the tabs were there before. I'm using a sky q box, not glass or stream. Does that make any difference?

The tabs have never been there on Sky Q or on Stream/Glass either. It's always been just the Apple TV+ app, not the Apple TV app.

The Apple TV app (which allows access to iTunes purchases) is available on Amazon Firesticks and Samsung TV's - I own both and it works well on them.

Maybe that's it, maybe I was watching via the Firestick and not the sky q box. I'll have a check later when the to with the Firestick is free.

I've checked I can only watch purchases through my iPad, I've got sky q and it's not working on there and on my Apple TV+ app on the actual tv it only shows
