Hi, i recently stopped my multiroom and was sent out the return box but no postal letters were inside for the return. I was then contacted and tpld i could get to keep multiroom for £5 or £8 and told i would be called bsck Ive not had sny call backs on this

@Babby If you didn't take up the offer there & then Sky won't call you back and the offer may npt still be available.

You will ned to call to see what they offer.

Do you mean return address labels?

Keep your proof of posting safe and indefinitely and if you use Royal Mail’s collect from home service, keep a record of the tracking number.
